My working weekend wasn't that bad, I did Meatlovers with Sean, Chanel and Francois and was a more relaxed night then last time... i had made my grandmothers malva pudding in the kitchen for the first time and was told that the texture is amazing and we even got complement about it so i was quite proud om my family recipe...
the rest of the weekend we helped the proficiencies with there final training exercises so they can pass there test on that Monday...
