During this weekend on Saturday 16th of July, the main kitchen had received a cow that was hit by a car or a cruiser or something and was put down because her leg was broken. I say she because when the students started to cut it. they found that the cow was a soon to be mother... they basically skinned the cow gave the giblets to the people of soali and the other students cut the rest of the body into gigantic portions...
Then yesterday( 20th of July) 5 of us had our own part of the cow to debone. I had one of this for legs witch I must say was quite heavy but I could lift it at least... It took us about three hours to get all the meat of the cow and playing butcher was fun and i learned where the silver-side is on the cow and that it can get quite messy.
