We started off preparing for it during the week and had prepped for 2 other conferences as well as the usual meat eaters we have every Friday night...
Friday was good we were able to cope with a sudden rush of orders since every body needed to check in there horses and do a vet check... we sold the basic foods, nothing very spectacular, like boerewors rolls, breakfast rolls, vetkoek and mince, prego rolls, etc....
We basically learned how to create our own system to work with, it was great to figure out what is the most easiest way to be a team in a kitchen environment.
The people that work there this weekend were Alon, Kieron, Juan and I.
Alon and i were there both Friday and Saturday ,Kieron was there on Friday and Juan was there on Saturday, we had no problem with any orders and completed every order very well. without any problems< maybe one or two wrong orders but it happens...
