Well we have started with the planing and have most of the supplies that we need< we are taking a break and will resume after lunch, this is exciting because we test our creativity for next year and this can be a module outcome for second year students, the thing about this whole new experience is that we are out of our comfort zones and are now having to work with what we have...
we are using a couple of gas burners but even so there is no refrigeration< no electricity and certainly no easy way to do this...
My team and I have decided to build our own type of oven to be able to bake our bread, I hope it will work the way i see it in my mind.
