how easy was the Genoese Sponge, all you need to do is break 8 eggs into a bowl with 225g of casting sugar and whisk it to a light yellow color(sabayon) and make sure its a soft ribbon stage( make an 8 figure in the dough when you lift the whisk and it stays that way for a few seconds) next you fold in the 225g flour slowly and then the 65g of melted butter once that is done you pore the mixture in a steak and kidney dish and then put in an oven thats been pre heated at 200 degree Celsius for approximately 15 to 20 min, its bake to touch recipe its so easy and quick tomorrow we're doing chocolate mouse how fun ;-P
