Saterday 5 march working in main kitchen
I got to work and started off by washing dishes from the previous night . i worked there till lunch then chef William asked for my help and put another student in my place. he called me to the back fridge and sold me to get cream and bananas for a sauce that he wanted to teach to me, but when i walked into the kitchen again Chef Errol asked me to make a type of guacamole. I have to say was looking forward to learning a banana and caramel treat sauce...oh and i cut up 8 chickens into portions again. i found the joints much easier and started to cut them up much quicker I even De-boned the chicken breasts and then cut it into portions... I got off at half past three and ended my day by packing the fridge according to the FIFO (first in, first out) rule...
