The Last 3 Weeks at Sondela

I've got to say it is pretty interesting being around so much new people... I've struggled with a few but now left it, I've learned allot and figured i wont forget it soon... I've done my first aid training and I, so var, have no reason to think that I have failed... My first weekend working in the kitchen was,I do admit, a bit scary... people told me that Chef Errol would be a hectic person to work with bu in actual fact, he's pretty good to the students. he taught me allot. I do feel that I should have asked to learn more since we were so little students in the kitchen... But everything takes time...Chef Eduard is pretty good at getting a message across just sometimes he seems a bit agitated with having to deal with 45 teenage students, but he'll just have to start getting use to the fact that we're not leaving anytime soon... I guess it will also get better, for him, once we start our Courses. I've got to say I can't wait to start off my career through studies....
