Allmost Weekend

Oh dear, I've gotta start working today, have some family problems on sat. that I have to deal with... Can't wait to work this weekend, it'll get my mind off some stuff... Any way I figured that I can work today A.F.D as well as Friday and Sunday and I wouldn't mind doing it, that's how i deal with stuff... oh I probably need to tell you about some of my improvements.
  • I smoke much less
  • I don't bite my nails any more, I guess it's because work and concentrate allot
  • I now have a punching bag to vent on...
  • And the more I work the less amount of trouble i can get into...
Our first aid i should probably go into for more detailed purposes since i now under stand that this is a day to day Curriculum Vitae, so we learned that when you get to an accident you have to do your Triple H and then your A.B.C.
  1. H - hazards check for any dangers around the accident scene for the patient and yourself, remember your medical gloves and a one way mouth piece and what ever else you may need.
  2. H - hello, greet the person( tell him or her your name and qualification) to check for any obstructions to his or her vitals, If unconscious follow to your next H...
  3. H - help, ask for permission to help the person if he or she says no get a bystander to confirm that he/she said no... if yes or unconscious start with your A.B.C's 
  4. A -  airway, check for any obstructions in the persons airway. If there is start with B.
  5. B - Breathing, check if the person is breathing, if not give two mouth to mouth breaths and then 30 compressions you 4 of these cycles.
  6. C - circulation, once you have a pulse and the airway has cleared you turn the person into the recovery position
OK i guess that's all for today, I'll set another post today of how my day has gone and what I'm doing tonight.
